Following the acquisition of FCGi he joined Waterloo, Ontario based digital marketing firm eSolutions Group, as Communications Manager and Project Manager, specializing in the municipal and governmental marketspace throughout North America.
In 2008 he formed antidisciplinary working group Neology Intermedia in Toronto and simultaneously committed to an intensive four year rebrand and digital ramp-up with the Ontario Association of Optometrists. During this time he also served on the National Public Education Committee of the Canadian Association of Optometrists.
During his career Gavin has worked in five countries and seven provinces, with clients such as GM, Ford, Goldcorp, RIM, Marine Atlantic, MUN, the Governments of Canada and Ontario, Stantec, ThyssenKrupp, SunLife, Luxottica and many others.
He holds a degree in English Literature from the University of Toronto. In 2011 Gavin was imported to St. John's by his wife, an adaptation that appears to be going well given that he has been spotted outside painting his house in the rain.
